What are cosmeceuticals ?
Cosmeceuticals are products that contain biologically active ingredients capable of really benefiting the skin, and are intended to be close to the effectiveness of medications but without presenting their disadvantages (toxicity, side effects, etc…).
Do I need a medical prescription ?
You do not need any medical prescription. However, due to the powerful biological activity of AKNΦSTASIS formulas, it is important not to mix them with other products and to follow the recommendations of your beautician or dermatologist.
Are AKNΦSTASIS products secure ?
Our formulas represent the pinnacle of 9 years of R&D and human trials (without animal experimentation), and all our active products are clinically tested to verify their dermatological compatibility with sensitive skin.
What are the ingredients used in your formulations ?
The complete list of ingredients is detailed in the related product tab. We incorporate state-of-the-art molecules, vitamins, antioxidants, depigmenting agents and antibacterial phytoalexins with the aim of restoring, protecting and nourishing the skin.
At what minimum age can AKNΦSTASIS treatments be used ?
Under the supervision of professionals (dermatologists, beauticians, etc.) AKNΦSTASIS can be applied to children from 10 years of age. Without supervision by professionals, we do not recommend the use in children under 12 years of age.
Can AKNΦSTASIS products be used with children or on sensitive skin?
In order to minimize allergies, AKNΦSTASIS products are formulated with a minimum amount of preservatives and do not contain perfumes, dyes, parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, or many other ingredients that we consider inappropriate or dangerous. Our emulsions are exclusively tested on humans (no animal testing), and we design them to achieve maximum dermal compatibility with sensitive skin. Our products LUX, REGEN, LOOK, CARE, SUN and MASK PROTECTOR have all been tested under clinical dermatological control and the related certificate can be consulted on the pages of these products.
However, as an allergy can never be ruled out, specially at the beginning of a treatment, we recommend that you first try applying small amounts of the products, and gradually increase until allergies can safely be ruled out.
Are all AKNΦSTASIS products sold over the counter ?
All AKNΦSTASIS products can be purchased freely, but due to their intense biological activity, we recommend that at least initially the use of the most powerful products from our 4A range (REGEN, LUX and LOOK) takes place under the supervision and personalized follow-up of a prescriber (your trusted beautician, your dermatologist, etc…) in order to ensure proper use. This measure provides our customers with guarantees of maximum safety and efficiency in the daily use of our products.
Why can't I mix AKNΦSTASIS with products from other brands?
AKNΦSTASIS products contain biologically active ingredients that have a real impact on the skin, and our formulas have been carefully developed following several years of testing in controlled environments. Except when expressly recommended by your esthetician or dermatologist, mixing our products with third-party products may alter the biological properties of our formulations and lead to unexpected results.
How should I store AKNΦSTASIS products?
AKNΦSTASIS formulations are characterized by high concentrations of biologically active ingredients and a minimum amount of preservatives. Application should begin a few days after purchase. We recommend storing AKNΦSTASIS products in a dry and dark place (without exposure to direct light), and at a temperature between 8º and 25º Celsius (ideally between 16º and 18º Celsius, like good red wines). Once opened, our products should be consumed within a maximum period of 2 months, and you should never continue to use them beyond their expiration date.
Can it be used on all skin types ? Oily, dry, mixed…
The AKNΦSTASIS line does not dry out the skin. In addition, the fat content of our products can be modulated independently and at will by adding a few drops of a Non-comedogenic oleic modulating elixir : our product AKNΦSTASIS GOLD. Thanks to this degree of customization, we always manage to balance the lipid layer, restoring softness and health to the skin.
Is it important to cleanse the skin before applying AKNΦSTASIS ?
It is extremely important to use the cleansers from the AKNΦSTASIS line, to eliminate impurities and guarantee that the PH of the skin is the most suitable for the application of the treatment.
How long must the treatment last ?
The duration of the treatment depends on many variables, but the initial condition of your skin is the main factor that defines how quickly and to what extent it can improve. Most people reach their maximum improvement in 3 months or sooner. Once this point is reached, you can follow a minimal maintenance protocol to continue to protect, preserve and nourish your skin.
How soon will I be able to see an improvement ?
The minimum treatment duration to appreciate a slight improvement is 2 weeks. In most cases the results start to be clearly visible after 4 weeks. However, the appreciation of results depends on the situation of each person in particular and can vary significantly, which is why it is recommended to take weekly photos that serve as a comparative basis. Can I use other cosmetic products such as foundation, blush, etc. during an anti-acne treatment ?
We recommend not to use any third-party product able to interfere with an anti-acne treatment. Once the acne is resolved, you can apply third-party cosmetics on top of AKNΦSTASIS products (but only after AKNΦSTASIS products have been completely absorbed by your skin).
Is it only for the face or can I use it on the back or the chest ?
Of course, it can be applied to any area of the body (except inside the eyes or over mucous membranes).
Can I sunbathe ?
Direct sun is not advisable in any case. During anti-acne treatments, the AKNΦSTASIS SUN SPF30 sunscreen is the only protection cream to apply.
Once the results are achieved, do you have a maintenance system ?
Our product AKNΦSTASIS CARE has been specially designed to ensure maintenance. It can be mixed with the oleic modulating Elixir AKNΦSTASIS GOLD if you need a supply of essential fatty acids, and both can be mixed apply combined or separately at will and indefinitely.
Can I use these products for as long as I want. Is there a time limit ?
There is no time limit.
Is it required to support the treatments with some aesthetic act ?
It depends on your skin condition. Any aesthetic act should always be aimed at cleaning the superficial layer of the skin to improve the absorption of our products.
What are the most recommended aesthetic acts ?
The most recommended aesthetic acts are:

– Ultrasonic peeling
What shoul I do if I have not received my order?

What should I do if my order contains damaged products?
If items in the shipment you receive are damaged, please contact our logistics center by phone at 951 121 111 to organize the return. Upon receipt of your return, our staff will check each damaged item to verify that it has not been used. A damaged item that shows no signs of use will be replaced free of charge.
What should I do if a product is missing?
Any discrepancy in the contents of the shipment must be immediately reported to our logistics center by phone at 951 121 111.
What shall I do if I want to return a product?
You have the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation, within 14 calendar days from the day you acquired material possession of the goods. This right is the right of withdrawal established by art. 102 from the “Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007” from November 16th, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
