RIGHT OF WHITDRAWAL for www.aknostasis.com/en
The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by art. 102 of “Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007”, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To cancel an order, you can notify it by email to SALES@AKNOSTASIS.COM or by postal mail to the address CALLE ÁLAMOS 19, ALHAURIN DE LA TORRE, 29130, MÁLAGA.
If you send us an email or written communication, please include details of your order to help us identify it.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or in the event that the products that make up the order are delivered separately , 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of the aforementioned products.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the user must send the delivered products to the indicated address (AKNOSTASIS S.L. / CALLE ÁLAMOS 19, ALHAURIN DE LA TORRE, 29130, MÁLAGA), thus assuming the return costs. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us postage due, we will be authorized to charge you for the costs that we may incur.
The right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them. No refund will be made if the product is not sealed, for products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product/s while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all of its original packaging with all tags. Please do not remove the tags until you are sure you want to keep each item.
After examining the article, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will proceed to refund the full purchase amount plus shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the cancelled order.
If the return is a partial return (does not includes all the products from the order), the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will only refund the value of the returned products, without shipping costs.
